Heartland Community College understands that access to resources is vital to education. Heartland Library provides access to millions of books, videos and more.
Note: Some resources and services are only available to current students and employees or on campus in the Open Computing Lab.
The following will help you locate items in Heartland's Library as well as from libraries around the globe:

| I-Share | I-Share is an online catalog of items in Heartland Community College Library and allows you to request from other academic libraries across the state. I-Share lets you view items an instructor has placed on reserve, renew books, manage your library account and see what was recently added to the collection. |
| WorldCat | Can't find what you need in I-Share? Check WorldCat for items around the world and request online. |
| Novelist | Use this database of fiction book titles to search for a favorite author or title, or search by plot description. Descriptions of titles often include book reviews or links to author sites. The "FIND SIMILAR BOOKS" button lets you search for more books just like your favorite. |
| eBook Collection (EBSCOhost) | Electronic books include the full text of the book available online. |
