International Partnerships
Heartland Community College has agreements with institutions of higher learning in other countries. Such partnerships may be used to facilitate student exchanges, faculty development, and curriculum development.
Heartland Community College has three partnerships in China:
- College of Humanities and Sciences at Northeast Normal University - Changchun, China
- Liaoning Normal University - Dalian, China
- Dalian Radio and TV University in China - Dalian, China
Previously Heartland hosted student groups from the Vladimir Branch of Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University in Russia.
