Mission Statement
The mission of Heartland Community College is to provide access to higher education and excellence in teaching and learning. The Instructional Development Center is charged with fostering excellence in teaching and learning by supporting professional development of faculty, recognizing outstanding teaching, and encouraging the use of emerging technology and innovative methods.
