The incumbent's primary and beginning objective will be responsibility for the college's online portal, currently Luminis from Sugard Higher Education (HE). The administration includes duties such as, installation, configuration, maintenance, security, performance, trouble shooting, third party system integration into the portal, single sign-on support, version upgrades, and contingency planning of the portal system. Consult as needed with the college web developer.
The incumbent's second objective will be to work with various administrative offices to identify, develop, and support process workflows using Banner's Workflow product; providing offices with efficiency gains for inter- and intra-office workflow processes. Additionally, support integration of the college's workflow solution with the Banner document imaging system.
- Maintain and administer all aspects of the college's online portal system (Luminis)
- Analyze business processes in order to identify, develop, and support workflows for offices allowing for efficient inter- and intra-office processes.
- Position requires on-call duties after hours on a problem-solving perspective as well as installing new systems or upgrades during off-hours so as to minimize the impact on end-users use of the systems.
- Performs other duties relevant to the position as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and a minimum of three years current and continuous experience with server administration. Experience with workflow systems and/or in higher education including significant experience with current college hardware and software (Sungard products Luminis and Workflow) are desired.
SALARY RANGE: $40,824 - $51,024
