Pattan Development Organisation in collaboration with British Council Pakistan and Voluntary Services Overseas is initiating the third Global Xchange Programme (GXP).

GXP builds active global citizens, committed to working for positive change. This programme works with 18-25 year olds from the UK and Pakistan giving young people the opportunity to live and work together in communities as volunteer on a six-month exchange, with 3 months in each country. Invigilators for IGCSE and GCE May/June 2009 examinations
part-time for exams in various cities of Punjab

British Council administers thousands of examinations each year on behalf of various UK examining bodies.

We are now recruiting enthusiastic and enterprising individuals to invigilate IGCSE and GCE May/June 2009 examinations to the highest professional standards in terms of customer care and exam paper security.

Please go through the essential requirements before submitting your application for invigilation.

Typical hours:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and/or 01:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. (can be changed depending on the duration of an exam). Usually twice/thrice a week. Please refer to the exams timetable.

Closing date for applications is 30 December 2008
