We are seeking a Customer Service Manager

We are an equal opportunity employer and offer ongoing development and career opportunities as well as a stimulating working environment. We pay JD 780 a month, plus 2 months bonus salary, Provident Fund, medical insurance and Social Security. The Customer Service Manager works 38.75 hours per week and operational needs determine the working hours. The annual leave is 24 working days, plus 14 days of public holiday.

We are looking for two Customer Service Officers

The British Council is an equal opportunity employer and offers ongoing development and career opportunities as well as a stimulating working environment. We pay 550 JD a month, plus 2 months bonus salary, cash allowance, Provident Fund, medical insurance and Social Security.

The British Council is open to customers from 9:00 on Saturday to 20:30 on Thursday, with late evenings on Monday and Wednesday until 21:45. The Customer Service Team work a range of shifts designed to meet customers’ needs within these times and within operational constraints. Working hours are 38.75 hours per week, including 30 minute lunch breaks. The annual leave is 24 working days, plus 14 days of public holiday.

In your role as Customer Service officer you will be the first point of contact for all British Council enquiries and will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service.
