INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM

WHAT IS IELTS?

The International English Language Testing System ( IELTS) is designed to assess the language ability of people who need to work or study where English is used as the language of communication.

Universities and other institutions usually ask for an assessment of the applicant's level of English before they offer admission to a course where the medium of instruction is English.  IELTS is accepted by educational institutions in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, European Community, Japan, Israel, New Zealand and more than 450 universities in the United States.

It is an indispensable requirement to emigrate to Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
