Our offices are opposite Chacaito underground station in Torre Credicard, which  has ample parking facilities. We are on the third floor. Our installations are designed for your comfort and convenience: if you want to have a coffee while you read one of our magazines, watch a DVD or listen to some music, the British Council is the place for you.

Our premises are open on:
Monday: 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm

Our call service:
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm

We are not open Sundays or national holidays.
