"I started spinning records back in 1986 at birthday parties and local functions in South London...My first paid gig was for 20 pounds [$35] and I managed to take my entire record collection in a cycle courier bag! Seventeen years and ten thousand tunes later I'm still rocking turntables and digging for tunes at every available opportunity apart from Sundays when I can usually be found at my mum's house in South London eating obscure African dishes washed down with Guinness and milk."

ABOUT CHARLIE
