GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY

UK author Courttia Newland is the latest British Council UK Writer-in-Residence at Georgetown University . This spring Courttia visits Washington DC to lecture, teach, give public readings and interact with students and communities.

Courttia joins other contemporary British authors in the British Council's UK Writer-in-Residence program, an ongoing literature initiative at major American universities. Read more about the program in our archive.
