Our Arts Projects

Together with our local partners we bring you examples of the best young artists and performers in contemporary music, visual arts, theatre and dance, design and literature.

After its first stop in London,  40 Stations: Portraits from Turkey and the UK Exhibition is taking place in Istanbul. The exhibition will be displayed at ARTANE between February 21st and March 14th.

Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation Pera Museum, welcomes “The Lure of the East” British Orientalist Painting exhibition which is organised in collaboration with Tate Britain and British Council and showcasing the most significant examples of British orientalist painting worldwide.

Sustainable Living Film Festival will take place at the Italian Cultural Institute, November 26-28, 2008, every day from 10:00 to 22:00. There will be 25 Turkish and foreign documentaries and animations screened in their original language with Turkish subtitles. Festival entrance is free of admission.

Dot organises British Playwrights Talk in collaboration with British Council by inviting British playwrights in 2008/2009 season to talk about their plays and discuss the current role of contemporary theatre in the world politics and societies.

The Pera Museum presents in İstanbul a unique selection of ceramics from the globally renowned ceramics collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum
