Who can apply    




Young professionals in many sectors that had the best likelihood of containing opinion leaders and influence formers of the future – the media, political parties, NGOs, government , private sectors and leading universities, with as many candidates as possible from outside Bangkok as well as professionals involved with Climate Change, Renewable Energy and Environmental Studies.   
Thai nationals of outstanding academic ability with a good first degree.   
Applicants MUST hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with a GPA of at least 3.0.   
Applicants should have at least 2 years’ work experience.   
Excellent spoken and written English are very essential (a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, though some courses require 7.0 or higher).
