Minimum TEFL requirements

The minimum requirements you will need to meet to teach EFL for us

In all our teaching centres, we aim to provide the best English language teaching available. This is no small challenge, and to achieve it we must have the best teachers.

For this reason we look for:

a certificate level TEFL qualification ( CELTA or Cert. TESOL)
education to degree level or equivalent qualification
at least two years' post EFL qualification fulltime relevant TEFL experience
high proficiency in the use of the English language
evidence of specific behavioural competencies
