Background

The main aim of the Exhibition

The main aim of the Exhibition is to promote study in the UK whilst also increasing awareness of the UK in general. This exhibition is the British Council's flagship event in its education promotion calendar in Taiwan and it also supports our key objective to showcase the UK as a contemporary, innovative and dynamic country which promotes quality, creativity and diversity.

The British Council is the United Kingdom's international organization for educational opportunities and cultural relations. We currently operate in 110 countries and have over 70 years' experience.

The target audience

The target audience for this event is students in the 19-35 age group who might consider studying in the UK as well as key student influencers including parents, career advisors, local education providers, education agents and local commercial interests.

The exhibition (branded 'Education UK Exhibition') is held twice annually and since 1989 has continued to be the largest single event promoting the UK in Taiwan.

The status of the exhibition is bolstered by a high profile advertising campaign to attract our target audience to visit the exhibition venues across the island.
