Application Forms and Guidance

The new versions of the application forms are very similar to the current forms and include:

  • An overview section for partnership summary, theme area etc
  • Details and addresses of all partners
  • A section of questions about the project which has to be completed to reflect the entire project and include details of activities happening throughout the project, for all partners
  • A budget section
  • A declaration, to be signed by the legal head of the individual applicant institution

Partners should jointly agree the project application

As usual the partnership application must be jointly agreed by all partners. It should meet the quality criteria and any European and National priorities. (Details of these will also be posted on our website by January 2007).

The project application must be written in the project’s communication language

In the case of a partnership involving a UK school, the communication language of the project may or may not be English.

Application surgeries for new and renewal projects

We are running application surgeries around the UK prior to the deadline. Contact your Programme Officer for more information.
