The Charles de Gaulle Bursary Scheme

The Charles de Gaulle Bursary scheme is currently under review.  We cannot accept applications at this time but we hope to have more news soon.

The Charles de Gaulle Bursary, founded by Lady Soames, is a scheme to allow young people aged 17-19 from France or the UK to work on a project on any aspect of French or British language and culture.  However, the scheme is currently under review as we discuss with the Charity Commission how best we may fulfil the purposes of the bequest. We hope to be able to launch a revised scheme later this year.
