developing creativity

by Katherine Bilsborough

Creativity does not depend on a person’s age, job or the amount of time that a person has worked in a place.  Creativity just happens.  Consultants do not need to be hired in order to increase creativity in the workplace.  In a company where employers and employees work well together there will never be a shortage of innovative ideas.

Read some advice for employers and some for employees, check your comprehension and work on vocabulary, including phrasal verbs.

Listen to an interview with a representative of an organisation called Art and Business which develops creative partnerships between business and the arts and check your general and detailed comprehension.
