Each level of our General English courses are 30 hour modules with specific language aims. For example, Pre-intermediate 2 is a 30 hour module. You can take up to 3 modules in a year studying 3 hours a week. General English is available at British Council Rua do Breiner and British Council Foz do Douro.

Council of Europe level British Council Modules Cambridge ExamOur General English courses develop your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in a collaborative environment that maximises learner participation. Our teaching methodology is also designed to consolidate and promote independent learning through our wide range of additional facilities, such as the library and in-class multimedia technology.
