Internal guidance

Knowledge management

The British Council is committed to developing a knowledge sharing culture to ensure effective decision-making in the organisation. As part of this, a lessons learned toolkit has been created to help staff gather and reuse knowledge that has been acquired from British Council projects and programmes.

Consultations

In 2008 we embarked on a major consultation exercise  looking into at the British Council's role in the arts, where we sought the views and expectations of around 600 artists and arts organisations across the UK. The consultation analysis and resulting action plan for this work can be found on the Arts consultation response page.
