Knowledge management
The British Council is committed to developing a knowledge sharing culture to ensure effective decision-making in the organisation. As part of this, a lessons learned toolkit has been created to help staff gather and reuse knowledge that has been acquired from British Council projects and programmes.
Consultations
In 2008 we embarked on a major consultation exercise looking into at the British Council's role in the arts, where we sought the views and expectations of around 600 artists and arts organisations across the UK.
