King's College London is one of the world's top 50 universities, perfectly located in the heart of London . There are currently more than 19,000 students in nine Schools of study based at our five London campuses. We offer a vast range of undergraduate and graduate programmes, and whichever programme you choose to pursue, you will work with academics who are often national or international leaders in their field.

We accept a broad range of qualifications from around the world and King's warmly welcomes applications from Germany .

Undergraduate degrees

The German Abitur is acceptable for entry to undergraduate programmes at King's.

The grades acceptable vary from programme to programme, from a score of 1.3 to 1.7 overall with subject preferences. For exact grades, please go the undergraduate prospectus and then academic entry requirements. You will also be considered for entry for undergraduate programmes if you have taken A-levels, the International Baccalaureate or Advanced Placement exams ( USA ).

Taught programmes

You will be considered for entry for our graduate degree programmes if you have taken a bachelor's degree from a recognised university and achieved good grades.

Research programmes

You are typically required to be studying for or have completed a master's degree from a recognised university and in a directly related subject in order to be eligible for entry.
