There are a number of other projects and programmes available through other teams in the British Council's Education and Training Group and through other agencies. Many of these programmes and projects give you a chance to work or study in foreign countries. Other projects offer opportunities for self-development or gaining new experiences.

The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience. This programme provides science, engineering and applied arts undergraduates with training experience abroad.

Youth in Action

A British Council team which promotes non-formal exchanges of young people between the UK and other countries. These programmes give young people an international experience.

A programme which provides an opportunity for young people to work as language assistants in both the UK and 20 other countries around the world.
