Interested in the international dimension but not sure where to start? This workshop will show you simple, practical curricular activities to help you introduce internationalism to your school and give you a step-by-step guide to finding a partner school and setting up an international school link.
Recommended for delegates with little or no experience of international work, as well as those who have achieved Foundation ISA accreditation. Suitable for all phases and subject areas.

How do I go about getting accreditation for my international work through the DCSF International School Award (ISA)? What are the steps to achieving the Award and what benefits are there for my school? This workshop will show you how the ISA can benefit you and your school, and take you through the application and accreditation process.
Recommended for school leaders and teachers with little or no experience of international work, as well as those who have achieved Foundation or Intermediate ISA accreditation; also for local authority advisers interested in supporting schools with the Award.
Workshop E: Engaging and motivating hard-to-reach learners

Workshop G: Bringing languages alive in the primary school classroom
