DEPARTMENT OF LAW AND CENTRE OF COMMERCIAL LAW STUDIES SCHOLARSHIPS
Queen Mary University of London is pleased to announce the LLM Scholarships that will be available for the academic year commencing September 2012. A total of 6 scholarships are available for full tuition fee, out of which 3 are from School of Law and 3 are from Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS)
Student must have an offer of study in place before they can apply for the LLM funding. If a student wants their application to be considered for the LLM funding they must apply as early as possible and no later than 1st March 2012. Students who have not submitted their completed LLM application by this date will not be considered for funding.
The deadline for submission of the scholarships application is 5 April 2012; students must have an offer of study before applying for funding.
LLM LAW & ECONOMICS BURSARY
The LLM Law and Economics programme is a joint programme offered by the Centre for Commercial Law Studies and the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary, University of London. It is a specialist programme which aims to provide rigorous training in theoretical and applied economic analysis as a means of analysing law and the legal framework. The department is also offering a bursary of worth £7,500 for the programme. The last date to apply for this programme is 1st June 2012. Students who apply for the course or receive their offer after the bursary deadline will not be considered
MSC LAW & FINANCE BURSARIES
Total three bursaries worth between £3,300 and £5,300 are available for international students. These will be deducted from the tuition fee. Students who apply for the course or receive their offer after the bursary deadline i.e. 1st June 2012 will not be considered, so we recommend that you apply early for course admission.
Scholarships and awards are available for international students on a competitive basis as follows:
£5,000 X 5 scholarships for MSc Economics
£5,000 X 5 scholarships for MSc Finance and Econometrics
£7,000 X 3 scholarships for MSc Banking and Finance
£7,000 X 3 scholarships for MSc Investment and Finance
£7,000 X 3 scholarships for MSc Banking
£7,000 X 3 scholarships for MSc Business Finance
£7,000 X 3 scholarships for MSc Finance
In addition, each year the School makes available a number of prizes to reward in each course those students who have excelled in coursework, and those who have excelled in the final exam.

INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIPS/AWARDS
Queen Mary University of London is pleased to offer International Science and Engineering Excellence Awards, new for 2012 entry. These scholarships/awards are for the value of either £1,500 or £4,000 per year and are designed to reward academic achievement and help attract the brightest and best students from overseas.
International Science and Engineering Excellence Awards will be deducted directly from tuition fees payable to the College.
