CAE -
Certificate in Advanced English is an advanced exam which recognises your ability to communicate with confidence in English and deal with most aspects of everyday life.
Am I able to sit for this exam?
CAE is for learners who have reached a standard of English that is adequate for most purposes, including business and study.
Your success at this level indicates your ability to use English effectively and perform confidently in social and professional situations, and in a higher education.
What does it test?
Five English language skills are tested:
- Reading
- Writing
- Use of English
- Listening
- Speaking.

e-mail at the beginning of the school year or as soon as possible.
SPECIAL NEEDS
We aim to do our best to cater for candidates with special needs. We will do all we can to enable candidates to understand test questions and ways of giving answers. All candidates, irrespective of their disability, will be assessed fairly and objectively.
Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to contact us before they submit their application. Relevant supporting materials such as medical certificates should be submitted during registration.
