RESULTS

You can now check your Results online about 8 weeks after the examination dates thanks to the personalised access codes and the exact date of the results that we will supply on the day of the exam.

The statement contains information about individual paper performance as well as the overall grade. Enquiries about results may be made only via the Local Secretaries on behalf of candidates or schools within one month of the issue of Statements of Results. The decisions of Cambridge ESOL concerning results are final.

Certificates are issued only to candidates with passing grades through the centre, some 4 to 6 weeks after the issuing of Statements of Results. Because of the value placed on certificates, we will require candidates and schools to collect and sign for them in person. You must bring your original Confirmation of Entry and ID (national identity card or passport), from Monday to Friday between 9h30 and 13h00. If you cannot collect your certificate, please send us a letter with your name, the exam, the date of the exam and a cheque for 7€ and we will send you your certificate by registered mail.

Once awarded Cambridge ESOL certificates are valid for life.

REFUND

If you withdraw your entry on medical grounds or miss your examination because of illness, Cambridge ESOL will accept requests for refunds (half the fee), that are made through our Centre and accompanied by an original statement from a medical practitioner. You should also provide your bank details when submitting your refund request.

This statement should specify the medical reasons why the candidate had to withdraw his/her entry or was unable to sit the exam. The statement should be submitted to Examinations Services, British Council Paris, within 5 days of the examination date. Please refer to our refund policy

No refund will be issued in respect of a timetable clash with a local or other examination.
