Customer Service Manager in Milan-2 year fixed term contract - Full Time - Grade G
The British Council Milan is asking for applications for one 2 year fixed term post of a Customer Service Manager.
Your job will be to manage the Integrated Customer Service team and provide leadership on customer management for the whole office. You will have excellent spoken and written Italian, English to Council of Europe level C1, strong interpersonal, IT and analytical skills and be up to date with latest industry practice in customer service.
The post is based in Milan.
