International Young Creative Entrepreneur Awards

About the Awards

The IYCE is a unique international competition held every year in London since 2005.

It rewards the most talented young entrepreneurs from developing countries --people who connect creative talents to consumers and empower communities to develop the economic potential of the creative sectors.

If you run a business in the creative sector, or work in one, this is your chance to be Indonesia’s next international champion.

UK Winners Tour

National winner(s) get to win a 14-day tour to network with top UK creative industries, paid for by the British Council

You get to showcase your work in international creative festival, network with top UK creative leaders, join their Master-class, and compete for the £5,000 grand prize.

You can use the prize money for training in UK, develop projects with UK partners, or launch your business in UK.

“IYCE changed my life,” said Indonesia’s IYCE Screen Award 2008 winner, Sakti Parantean.

Indonesia's Success Story

115 creative entrepreneurs from 47 countries have or are about to participate in the Award since 2005. But only Indonesia has ever won 4 IYCE Awards in London!

Yoris Sebastian won second prize at the IYCE Music Award 2006. Animator Wahyu Aditya and filmmaker Sakti Parantean followed that success by winning the IYCE Screen Award in 2007 and 2008, respectively.

More recently, fashion designer Oscar Lawalata was crowned IYCE Fashion Entrepreneur Award winner 2009.
