INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY in education

THE EUROPEAN YOUTH CHARTER ON INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY

Students, teachers and decision makers from all participating countries came together in Brussels from 26 until 29 February 2008 and agreed on a European Youth Charter on Inclusion and Diversity in Education, based on their experiences within schools throughout Europe.

This Youth Charter will form the basis of future initiatives and programmes aimed at establishing best practice in managing culturally inclusive schools.  All partners will have vital parts to play in ensuring that the Youth Charter on Inclusion and Diversity in Education is fundamental to starting the process of development and change.
