Working with us

Our Approach
We commence all projects with state or NGO partners with a comprehensive needs analysis. This helps us to uncover the existing methodology, language proficiency of teachers and teacher educators as well as their existing beliefs, attitudes and values, to assess the students’ use of English language in the classroom and to develop a needs-based training programme.  For certain long-term projects, we also establish key baseline data with which we can assess medium and long term impact at the classroom level.

This approach to planning and designing of large-scale teacher development programmes forms the basis of our current engagement with all partners.
