CALICO
The Computer-Assisted Language Instruction Consortium. There are sample articles from the CALICO paper journal, plus reviews and a discussion list.

The EUROCALL Homepage
The venerable European Association for CALL with conference information, reviews, several special interest groups and the ReCALL journal, now with back issues online (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
