Creativity through Dance - Royal Ballet

This 3-hour workshop is suitable for students from P1 to P6 studying in the New Territories, including:

All workshop participants will be invited to watch Sylvia open rehearsal on Thursday 17 July 2008.

Workshops conducted in English with Cantonese translation.

Registration deadline: Friday 27 June 2008

Schools will be selected based on first-come-first-serve basis, priority will be given to the schools in the New Territories.

Successful schools will received confirmation e-mail by 3 July 2008.

Primary Students workshop    

Venue: Dance Studio, Kwai Tsing Theatre

Date: Thursday 10 July 2008

Time: 11:00a.m - 1:30p.m. (session 1);

2:00 - 5:00p.m. (session 2)

No. of Participants: 40 participants per session (Max. 10 students from each school)

This workshop focuses on exploring the themes of the ballet Sylvia and stretching personal sense of physicality and space. Students will be able to develop personal expression, creative skills, and individual responses to the activities. No dance experience is required.
