Language Arts Teacher Development workshops

Our six-hour Language Arts workshops support the needs of Hong Kong teachers implementing the Elective modules of the New Senior Secondary Curriculum. The workshops are also of use to teachers preparing Junior forms for the modules.

You will develop a clear understanding of the aims and objectives of the modules and will leave with practical, useable classroom ideas and resources you can tailor to your own classroom contexts. The modules offered are:

1. Learning English through Drama

2. Learning English through Short Stories

3. Learning English through Poems and Songs

4. Learning English through Popular Culture

We can also offer training integrating content from 2 or more of the Language Arts workshops.
