What kind of students do you give training to?
British Council Hong Kong can adapt training to the needs of all kinds of working people. We can train staff in junior positions in the basic English Language functions they need in the workplace, and also help high-level professional staff to achieve their working targets more effectively.
What do students learn on Workplace English courses?

Workplace English courses aim to supply staff with the language skills which will help them most in the workplace.

For instance they will learn how to write emails effectively, how to speak and listen on the telephone, how to deal with customers and colleagues in English, and how to understand clients from other countries.

How do students know how much progress they have made?

Students are monitored, receive ongoing feedback and receive an end of course progress report.
