What can I do if I find my course too easy/difficult?If you feel that the level of your class is not right for you, please discuss this with your teacher or come to our Customer Services Centre and talk to one of our Customer Services staff. We recommand that in the first place you speak to your teacher, as he or she is best placed to advise you about your options. It may be possible for you to transfer to a different class if there are places available. However, no changes will be allowed after the registration period is closed.
Will I be notified if my child hasn't attended a lesson? All young learners need to show proof of their school class.
