Steven D'Souza is currently a Vice President in a top-tier international investment bank and an Executive Fellow at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid, Spain (a global top ranked business school). He has spoken at conferences and events throughout the world on subjects as wide as leadership, positive role models, diversity, networking and organisational effectiveness. Steven is also author of the bestselling book 'Made in Britain', which was sponsored for schools throughout the UK to inspire positive role models. Steven has also written 'Brilliant Networking' which was featured by the Independent in their 'Success at Work' series and recommended by the Telegraph and the Times.
Steven was formerly Programme Director and Programme Advisor of the Windsor Fellowship educational charity and governor of the City of Westminster College. He is an experienced coach and trainer and skilled at connecting people to assist them in achieving their goals.
