Exams Refund Policy
france-english-exams-cambridge.htm If you withdraw your entry on medical grounds or miss your examination because of illness, Cambridge ESOL will accept requests for refunds (half the fee), that are made through our Centre and accompanied by an original statement from a medical practitioner.
This statement should specify the medical reasons why the candidate had to withdraw his/her entry or was unable to sit the exam. The statement should be submitted to Examinations Services, British Council Paris, within 5 days of the examination date.
No refund will be issued in respect of a timetable clash with a local, or other examination.
