The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • three metres by three metres stand, fascia board, table, two chairs, lights, sockets, counter with key (in Mexico City only), waste paper bin;
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, street banners, posters, flyers;
  • market briefing, stand assistants, refreshments, coffee break and lunch at each venue;
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
