Key details
Date Location Participation fee for Partnership members Participation fee for all other institutions Maximum number of participantsUnfortunately, the cost of exhibiting in Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi has significantly increased in comparison to last year’s exhibition, despite our every effort to keep the costs to a minimum. Venue costs have made a large contribution to this increase. Finding a suitable venue which is also cost effective is becoming increasingly more difficult, and the costs of hiring a venue that is acceptable has increased in all three cities. We have explored numerous alternatives; however, we have been unable to find a solution that is both fit for purpose and cheaper than the current venues. Advertising costs, especially in Delhi, have also contributed to the increase. Competition within the market has increased the number of choices available to students and this has meant that it has been difficult to maintain audience engagement and interest. To maintain visibility, it has been necessary to at least continue with the same level of advertising and publicity as we have previously undertaken; however, the cost of this has increased tremendously. We would like to assure you that these increases have been unavoidable and have mainly been caused by a large rise in local costs.
The participation fee includes:
The Education UK Exhibitions in India are very popular and regularly over subscribed. It is strongly recommended that institutions consider the option of stand sharing with another institution. Please note that double stands are not available in any of the venues.
Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
It is strongly advised that institutions send representatives from the UK to staff their stands rather than using local agents. Students will expect to be able to meet with UK delegates and will not appreciate being charged to see an agent they could visit, for free at any time throughout the year. Agents are welcome to assist on the exhibitor’s stand subject to the agents registration form being completed, which will be included in the exhibition handbook.
