The participation fee includes:

  • One or two tables (1.83 by 0.76m) and four chairs. Electric sockets will be available upon request. Please note that there will be no 'shell' or booth. Participants are strongly advised to bring a display unit, as it will not be possible to attach posters onto walls or pillars.
  • Promotion of the exhibition via a paid advertising campaign with outdoor billboards , radio, newspapers, and internet, complemented by A3 posters, postcards and press releases.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
