The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • table, 1.8 metres by 0.76 metres, with a tablecloth and three chairs
  • sockets and television upon request
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web-site, radio, newspapers, web banners, flyers, through school visits all over Cyprus
  • marketing briefing, water and coffee
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.
