The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • table 180 cm by 76 cm with a tablecloth and three chairs, sockets and television upon request
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on website, radio, newspapers, web banners, flyers, through school visits all over Cyprus
  • market briefing, water and coffee
  • discounted hotel rates
  • transport from the Nicosia venue to the Limassol venue.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
