The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • table, 1.83 metres by 0.765 metres, with a tablecloth and three chairs; sockets and television available upon request
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web-site, radio, newspapers, street banners, flyers, through school visits all over Cyprus
  • market briefing, reception, water and coffee
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
