The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • one stand of at least 3 metres by 2 metres, which includes one facia board, one table, two chairs, two lights, one socket, one dustbin;
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web , television, radio, newspapers, magazines, flyers, campus promotion;
  • marketing briefing, refreshments, working lunch;
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
