The participation fee includes:

  • three metres by three metres stand, overhead fascia panel with stand numbers, carpeting, information desk, two folding chairs (exhibitors can request additional folding chairs if necessary at no added cost), two easy chairs, one fluorescent tube light, two 100 watt spot lights, 13 amp single phase socket

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.

Due to the current economic climate and the additional credit crunch contingency, we have been unable to reduce our exhibition costs against the previous exhibition. These charts (10KB GIF image) show the cost breakdown for the exhibition in August 2008 compared to the exhibition in August 2009 and demonstrate a slight increase of 4.5 per cent. We have ensured that all costs have been kept to a minimum whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of an Education UK exhibition.

Higher education fair
UK institutions taking part in this exhibition are invited to participate in a Higher Education Fair to be held at Maktab Sains Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan. The HE fair will be held on 26 August 2009 at the Auditorium, Maktab Sains College, from 0800 to 1130. It is anticipated that approximately 600 students from the Upper Sixth Form will attend the fair.

Participation in the fair is free-of-charge, but limited to 18 institutions only. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis, with priority given to members of the Education UK Partnership. Table and chairs will be provided and a bus transportation service will be arranged by the college to collect and return delegates to and from their hotel.

To register your interest in attending the fair, please contact Cecile Dasal (fax: +673 2237392).
