Exam of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

ACCA is the largest international accountancy body providing professional opportunities for more than 70 centres in the world.

It offers various qualifications from introduction to accountancy to MBAs. British Council is authorised to  administer examinations on behalf of ACCA.

Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT)

TKT is designed and produced by University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. It tests knowledge about the teaching of English to speakers of other languages. It is a test of professional knowledge for teachers consisting of three modules which can be taken as separate components:

1. Language and background to language teaching
2. Lesson planning and resources for language teaching
3. Managing the teaching and learning process

TKT offers candidates a step in their professional development as teachers and enables them to move onto higher level teaching qualifications.

Price: 550 EEK per module

CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting

CIMA - The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants - is a leading membership body that offers an internationally recognised professional qualification in management accountancy, which focuses on accounting for business.

The five new assessments for the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting are now available at British Council Estonia. Please note that the Certificate in Business Accounting assessments are all two hours long.

Certificate in Business Accounting asessments:

C01. Fundamentals of Management Accounting
C02. Fundamentals of Financial Accounting
C03. Fundamentals of Business Mathematics
C04.  Fundamentals of Business Economics
C05. Fundamentals of Ethics, Corporate Governance and Business Law

Also available:

CBT01. Certificate in Business Taxation
