Conversation course

What is a conversation course?
A conversation course is a short topic based English course aimed at improving your confidence in speaking.

How will a conversation course help me?
We offer courses at four different bands from Pre-Intermediate to Pre-Advanced.

What's the connection between Conversation and General English?
General English courses develop your overall command of English in all areas. Conversation courses complement the General English programme by providing lessons which focus specifically on oral communication skills.

Do we use a coursebook?
You will need to purchase Real Listening and Speaking (Cambridge) for Pre-Intermediate (level two), Intermediate (level three) and Upper-Intermediate (level four). For Advanced, we provide the materials.

How will I be assessed?
Each lesson your teacher will assess you on your fluency, accuracy, use of vocabulary and pronunciation. You will receive a grade for each of these based on your performance throughout the course.
