ENGLISH TEACHER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

One of our main aims has always been to promote the wider knowledge of the English language. Over the last 19 years in Lithuania, we have implemented many important projects that have set the agenda for ELT professionals, often in partnership with other organisations and institutions. Many of the messages and ideas are just as relevant today as they were a number of years ago. We believe they are also useful historical sources through which colleagues can trace our contribution and impact in the ELT world.

Recent projects

We focus on developing and fostering lasting relationships with networks of language professionals, ensuring that the UK’s contribution to ELT helps to shape modern views and policies in language teaching.  We will seek to implement new, large-scale regional programmes which address shared priorities in Europe.  Read more
