ELTeCS (English Language Teaching Contacts Scheme) promotes the development of English teaching through networking and for the mutual benefit of the countries which participate in the scheme. All English teachers in Cuba are welcome to join ELTeCS - members receive regular information by e-mail to help them prepare their classes, share ideas with their students and virtually 'meet' other English language professionals from Latin America and the rest of the world.
