The judging panel has now made the decision about the winners and runners-up for all the countries participating in this year's Blogathon, and here are the results for Croatia:

Just what it sounds like - a blogging marathon.
The TeachingEnglish Blogathon is an online blogging competition for teachers of English that:
brings together international English teachers to share good practice in ELTThe most active, enthusiastic and interesting blogger will win an all expenses paid trip to Glasgow to attend the IATEFL teachers’ conference from 19 - 23 March 2012!

A weblog, or more commonly a blog, is a personal web page made up of frequently updated pages. It is used to voice opinions, ideas, views and comments on a particular subject matter, interests or current affairs. People who create blogs are known as bloggers and the process of keeping a blog is known as blogging. Some useful links:

The marathon will start on 16 January 2012 and will finish on 12 February 2012. The winners will be announced on 17 February 2012.

If you don’t feel confident to be a blogger yourself, you can read other bloggers’ posts, leave comments, or forward their entries to your peers through Facebook and Twitter to encourage them. That way, you can make the whole experience more enjoyable.
