Action 1 Training

Training for youth workers

Training Action 1

In 2008 Action 1 ran and participated in 3 European Commission network trainings (BTM) hosted in the UK and two which took place in the Europe. This training develops youth workers in the basic skills required for running a Youth Exchange.

In 2008 Action 1 also run and participated in 3 advanced trainings on enhancing quality of Youth Exchanges. The training course was developed by UK and French National Agency (ATOQ). The course is designed for more experienced youth workers to develop their skills in programme content and developing themes of the European Youth in Action programme.

Who is it for?

The training course is for voluntary and professional youth workers, working directly with youngsters.

BTM – Applicants should have no prior experience of organising a Youth Exchange.

ATOQ - The applicants should have organised and/or participated as a team-member in at least one international Youth Exchange (which is completed) and plan to organise another within the frame of the YOUTH IN ACTION programme.

Participants should be at least 18 years old.

Be aware that that training course's listed here will be in English, without any possibility of permanent translation.
